Terms & Conditions (Trade Supply – UK)

Eligibility: We supply only to registered businesses. By placing an order, you confirm you’re buying for resale or business use.

Orders: Minimum order value may apply. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled without our agreement.

Prices & Payment: All prices are exclusive of VAT. Payment terms are agreed in advance—typically pro forma or 30 days from invoice. Late payments may incur interest and fees.

Delivery: Delivery times are estimates. We’re not liable for delays beyond our control. Goods become your responsibility upon delivery.

Returns & Damages: Report damages or shortages within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are only accepted with our prior approval.

Product Use: Products must be stored and sold according to our guidelines. You’re responsible for complying with local laws when reselling.

Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ownership: Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

Private Policy
