D3 Synergy
Vitamin D3 can be optimised through nutrient synergy.
Vitamin D deficiency is widespread and very common in the UK. This is primarily due to the UK’s northern latitude, as well as modern-day lifestyles that lead many of us to work indoors. The elderly are particularly vulnerable to this deficiency, though during the winter months everyone can benefit from vitamin D. Higher doses can be taken less frequently in the summer when combined with essential co-factors.
Vitamin D plays a central role in many areas, including immune regulation, hormone balance, and calcium metabolism. Its effectiveness can be optimised through nutrient synergy, as it requires the right co-factors to function properly in the body. Without these essential nutrients, the benefits of vitamin D3 may be reduced. D3 Synergy combines vitamin D with K2, zinc, magnesium, and boron – critical nutrients in this biochemical pathway.
Magnesium Glycinate Taurate
Minerals need to be bound to amino acids or organic acids for absorption. What they are bound to can make a difference in the function of the mineral. Magnesium is our fourth most abundant mineral in the body, playing a part in multiple functions essential for life, and yet natural sources of this mineral have been significantly reduced due to modern-day farming techniques and the refining and processing of foods. Glycine and taurine work in synergy within the body. They are gentle on the digestive system and together support many areas, including the nervous system leading to emotional balance, detoxification by helping to make bile acids more soluble, fat digestion, collagen synthesis, cardiovascular support and eye health.
Glycine and taurine not only complement one another, they also work in synergy with magnesium, providing balanced, whole-body support.

Welcome to our website, founded by nutritional therapists Clelia Gwynne-Evans and Ian Hepburn. We are a new, dynamic company passionate about advancing health through targeted, expertly crafted supplements. With years of experience and dedication to optimal wellness, we have launched our first two formulas—each designed with synergistic nutrients that maximise absorption to support the nutritional impact. Note from Ian… A little about my life.
When I’m not enjoying my work in our high street store, I love walking the Jurassic Coast paths and exploring some of the beautiful places Devon has to offer on a good hike. I follow my passion for cricket closely and always enjoy a good chat about the sport with anyone willing to join me in conversation. I also like to squeeze in a spot of research and reading, as well as the occasional card game.
Most of all, I’m thrilled to be launching this new business with Clelia — offering these fantastic products and a fair, supportive deal to other independent retailers, doing our bit to help keep the UK’s high streets thriving.
Note from Clelia…
My life has come full circle. I grew up in Devon, left for London, and then travelled the world, having lived in Spain, Colombia, and Panama before returning to the UK to study nutrition at the College of Natural Medicine in London in 2010.
I then lived and worked in Cambridge, where I met Ian and shared the idea of going into business together and buying our health food shop in Devon. Returning to Devon felt perfect, like putting on a comfy pair of old shoes. I love England, and specifically Devon; it is a wonderfully dog-friendly part of the world. My main companion these days is my Cocker Spaniel, Monty.
In my limited free time away from the computer and our shop, I am mostly outdoors. When I am inside, I work on my yoga practice and love to cook and experiment with recipes.
